Gotzha is a fresh and extremely ambitious publisher agency with global presence. We are a team of young, like-minded professionals who decided to start an exciting life in the Valhalla’s of publisher marketing; Bangkok and Amsterdam. The agency is currently focusing on CPI, CPL and CPA offers in the mobile space.
We are offering a very cool full time position as Brand Manager. It will be your responsibility to enlarge our brand awareness, strengthen our reputation and to develop and execute Gotzha’s marketing strategy. It is a very diverse and dynamic role. You will be based in Amsterdam.
- Setting the style guide, style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition.
- Plan and execute all communications on all channels, including social media.
- Create banners and other promotional materials, together with our design team.
- Continuously maintain and improve content on our website (wordpress).
- Create and send out weekly newsletters.
- Organize events around Publisher conferences.
- Run Google Ads and manage ad campaigns.
- Organize team outings and trainings.
- Set up promotional activities such as publisher competitions.
- Bachelor/ Master degree.
- Experience in digital advertising and Facebook media buying is a plus.
- Basic understanding of key online metrics- CPI, CPA, CPM, CPC.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international innovative environment.
- Result driven and a strong ambition to succeed.
- Fluent in English.
