As a Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the BD Lead. You will receive a portfolio of existing advertiser accounts which need to be grown and maintained. Additionally, you will have to find new advertisers and be completely responsible for those accounts.

Tasks:

• Recruit new advertisers
• Maintain and grow existing advertiser accounts
• Understanding the advertiser’s user acquisition needs and providing a consultative service using your industry expertise
• Proactively building and growing a sales pipeline through phone calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
• Manage multiple accounts, analyze data and increase performance
• Coordinate day to day with affiliate management team

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in a comparable position or in digital advertising is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
• Some knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology is an advantage
• Some technical understanding of ad operations is an advantage
• Strong communication, understanding of customer success and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
• Result-driven and a strong ambition to succeed
• Fluent in English
