As an Affiliate Manager, you will report directly to the AM Lead. Your main responsibilities are to nurture existing affiliate relationships and monetize their traffic. This means providing day to day support to affiliates using data analytics. You must also find and create new affiliate relationships.

Tasks:

• Recruit new affiliate partners
• Manage new and existing affiliate partners
• Analyze data and increase performance of affiliate traffic
• Build strong professional and lucrative relationships with all affiliates in their portfolio
• Perform data analysis to propose new tactics to affiliates
• Build new contacts within the industry through existing affiliates
• Escalate, track and resolve affiliates issues and manage expectations both internally and externally with clients for campaign implementation, management and performance. Experience/Qualifications:

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in a comparable position or in digital advertising is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
• Some knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology is an advantage
• Some technical understanding of ad operations is an advantage
• Strong communication, understanding of customer success and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
• Result-driven and a strong ambition to succeed
• Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage
